Consultant, User Experience

We are looking for an experienced User Experience Consultant to join our rapidly growing team.

The goal in this work is to participate in designing usable and pleasant products and services that suit their users perfectly. User Experience consultant works in product or service development projects in co-operation with the designers and developers or as an outside consultant validating concepts and designs. Typical tasks include conducting usability tests, expert evaluations, or user research activities.

You are trained in usability work with a suitable Master’s level degree and you have more than two years of experience. You also have experience in managing customer projects.

You know user-centered design process and usability methods and you are able to:

• apply and develop usability methods
• plan, conduct, analyze, and report usability tests
• do heuristic evaluations
• conduct user research with various methods
• work in various fields; e.g. web, mobile, or other

It is considered a plus if you have experience in concept/UI design and are able to present the designs through visualizations and prototypes.

At Etnoteam you will work in our customer cases in an international environment and fluent spoken and written English is a must. Command of Italian language would be a significant plus.
